Tickets can be purchased by mail or in person at Stamp Your Art Out! Click here to download the registration/order form.

The convention ticket price is $8 if purchased in advance by June 30. After June 30 (including at the door), ticket price will be $9. The ticket entitles you to an admission wristband and a coupon to receive the convention program booklet for the Saturday, August 14 convention day.

The Private Preview ticket is $38 (only 500 tickets available) and entitles you to an admission ticket for the Friday, August 13 Private Preview Shopping Party, an admission wristband for the Saturday, August 14 convetion, and a program booklet coupon.

Coupons for program booklets may be redeemed August 11-13 at Stamp Your Art Out! or at the La Quinta classroom area on August 12 & 13. Program booklets will be available at the time of the convention.

Please be sure to fill out all information on the registration form including name, address, phone, email address so we can contact you if we have any questions. This will help us process your requests more efficiently and avoid any delays in completing your registration.

Getting Here
* Arriving by plane at the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky airport? Taxi service is available from the baggage area. Approximate fare to the La Quinta Hotel is $50 from At Your Service Taxi (513-546-3659) with reservations. Be sure to mention the Stampaway rate.

Don't forget!
Bring plenty of cash! Some companies do not accept checks or credit cards, and transactions are quicker with cash.

If you bring your camera or video, PLEASE ask permission to photograph artwork.

The La Quinta Hotel and the Sharonville Convention Center are handicap accessible. Elevators are available at both locations.

No strollers or rolling suitcases are permitted on the convention center floor for safety and liability reasons. However, there will be a coat check area on the lower level where you may check your suitcase.

Paging is not available.

Convention Help Needed
Convention help is needed. Many exhibitors request workers in their booth. If you are interested, please call Stamp Your Art Out! at (513) 793-4558 or e-mail us at stampyourartout@fuse.net in June. Convention workers will be contacted in July.

Hotel Information

This year’s headquarter hotel is La Quinta Inn & Suites, 11029 Dowlin Drive, Sharonville, OH 45241 (513-771-0300). Ask for the Stampaway rates which start at $89 plus tax. Rate cut-off date is July 21, 2010.

Class Information

Classes will be held August 11-15 at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Sharonville, OH and Stamp Your Art Out! in Blue Ash. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED.

Bring Your Stamping Suitcase To Your Classes

It is recommended that you bring your “stamping suitcase” to each class. In some class descriptions, additional supplies are listed. The “stamping suitcase” should include a ruler (metal edge preferred), pencil, paper for notes, X-Acto knife with extra blades, cutting mat, glue stick,double-sided tape, scissors, markers, a few pigment ink pads and a black dye ink pad.
