Getting Here
* Arriving by plane at the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky airport? Taxi service is available from the baggage area.  

Don't forget!
Bring plenty of cash! Some companies do not accept checks or credit cards, and transactions are quicker with cash.

If you bring your camera or video, PLEASE ask permission to photograph artwork.

The Crown Plaza and the Sharonville Convention Center are handicap accessible (wheelchairs are not available). Elevators are available at both locations.

No strollers or rolling suitcases are permitted on the convention center floor for safety and liability reasons. However, there will be a coat check area on the lower level where you may check your suitcase.

Paging is not available.

Convention help is needed. Many exhibitors request workers in their booth. If you are interested, please call Stamp Your Art Out! at (513) 793-4558 or e-mail us at stampyourartout@fuse.net in June. Convention workers will be contacted in July.
