Stampaway Kickoff Party

Tuesday, August 10 ~ 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

A great party for a very deserving cause! Stamp Your Art Out! will be hosting its annual fundraiser to benefit Hospice of Cincinnati. Items donated by local merchants and artists will be auctioned at the event. Advance tickets are available at Stamp Your Art Out! for $5.00 (limit 60).

Private Preview Shopping Party

7:30 - 11:00 PM

Only 500 tickets will be sold to this exclusive event. The preview party is a great opportunity to get started on your convention shopping, shop exhibitors in a relaxed atmosphere, attend demos and make it take its as well as enjoy a light buffet dinner.

Tickets can be purchased by mail or in person at Stamp Your Art Out! Click here to download the order form.

The $38 Private Preview ticket entitles you to an admission ticket for the Friday, August 13 Private Preview Shopping Party, an admission wristband for the Saturday, August 14 convention, and a program booklet coupon.

Coupons for program booklets may be redeemed  August 11-13 at Stamp Your Art Out! or at the La Quinta classroom area on August  12 & 13. Program booklets will be available at the time of the convention.

Best Attire Award

Prizes for Best Attire worn by attendees will be awarded at the Private Preview Party. This year's theme is “My Super Hero”.

Four winners will receive gift certificates to various vendors' booths totaling $100, $75, $50 and $30).

Rubber Gift Tree Fundraiser

The Rubber Gift Tree Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, August 14 from 7:30 - 8:30 AM at the front entrance of the convention center. Purchase ags of donated items from rubber stamp companies. To date, $44,000 has been raised to purchase rubber stamps, supplies and stamp carts for local institutions. This year’s recipient is Boys Hope Girls Hope.
